  2. What are database tables, records, fields and items?
  3. How do we use databases to extract data (filtering and sorting)?

Unit Summary:
This unit combines the grade level computer skills compotency goals and objectives with grade level core content goals and objectives to provide relevant database practice. Within the core subject area students learn how to build databases and contribute to one collaboratively. Students then use this database to extract information by sorting and filtering (using connectors and operators).
